Dutch company Heisterkamp Transportation Solutions, one of Europe’s leading transport and logistics providers, has announced the opening of a new branch within the Moldova IT Park (MITP).
According to the Moldovan Investment Agency, the decision was made during the Benelux – Moldova Economic Forum 2025. With a fleet of over 800 trucks, 9,000 trailers, and 1,300 employees, Heisterkamp already operates in the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Latvia, and Romania.
The company offers a full range of logistics services — from road transport and vehicle maintenance to advanced digital solutions for optimizing logistics operations.
Over the past 15 years, Moldova’s BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) sector has grown by more than 330%, becoming one of the key pillars of the country’s service exports.
