Tenant sought for warehouse facilities in Reni Port

The State Property Fund of Ukraine has announced an electronic auction for the lease of warehouse premises at the Reni Sea Commercial Port.
The offer concerns Covered Cargo Warehouse No. 6 with a total area of over 8,000 m², located in the city of Reni, Odesa region.

The auction will take place on November 12, and applications for participation are open until November 11.
The starting monthly rent is almost UAH 200,000, and the lease term will be five years.

The building is on the balance sheet of the Reni Sea Commercial Port State Enterprise.
The current tenant, Agro-Reni LLC, holds a preemptive right to renew its lease, effective since 2015.

According to the announcement, the future tenant will be able to use the premises at their own discretion, which opens up opportunities for business expansion and the modernization of port infrastructure.
